Let them pay the rent on time and want to stay three to five or more years. Please let these tenants have good characters and be able qualify to rent these rental properties. Heavenly father let my wife and I have the rental houses, fix up for these tenants you are going to send us. The last things I am asking my heavenly father is put it in my spirit to give 10 percent what we make from the rental properties and the job he has provided me with.
